    The St. Vincent DePaul Lincoln Diocesan Council consists of 12 affiliated Catholic conferences and 1 isolated conference in southeast Nebraska dedicated to helping people in times of hardship and distress.  The main intent of the Society is to continue the work of Blessed Frederic Ozanam, our founder, to alleviate the suffering of the homeless, sick and hungry, utilizing 100% of the financial aid so generously contributed by our donors and the many hours donated by our volunteers in the administration to the less fortunate.  It is only because of these God-given resources that we are able to report the following for the year ended SEPTEMBER 30, 2006:
